Job Title: Customer Experience Liaison

In The Learning Experience #221, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Experience Liaison, you'll play a vital role in achieving this goal. Your primary responsibility will be to communicate with customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media. You'll showcase your exceptional communication skills, demonstrating empathy and personalization in every customer interaction. Your goal will be to guide customers through their queries, ensuring they receive the right solutions and leave with a positive experience. Additionally, you'll identify and address customer needs, escalating them internally to improve and develop processes. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, focusing on customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity.

Requirements:
Native German speaker (oral and written) with a strong command of English (B2 level). Previous experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles is a plus. You should have an affinity for fashion, a keen eye for aesthetics, and knowledge of trends in fashion. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to listen and show empathy. As a team player, you'll be part of a dynamic and creative community, thriving in a flexible and autonomous work environment. Proficiency in Google Suite, MS Office, and CRM tooling is essential. Your customer-focused mindset will always prioritize the customer's best interests.

Working Hours:
Flexible hours: 08:00-17:00, 09:00-18:00, or 11:00-20:00, Monday to Sunday. Relocation support includes a flight ticket and one week of housing. Contract: Full-time (8-39 hours), permanent position.
