About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Liaison to join our team at Jujur. As a Customer Experience Liaison, you will be responsible for communicating with customers through various channels, showcasing exceptional communication skills, and guiding customers to find the right solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Showcase extraordinary communication skills, including listening, empathy, and personalization.
- Guide customers to find the right solutions and ensure their satisfaction.
- Identify and address customer needs to escalate internally and improve processes.
Requirements:
- Excellent Dutch (C2) speaking skills and C1 English level.
- Smart and enthusiastic problem-solver with a keen eye for customer service.
- Calm and empathetic when dealing with difficult customers.
- Curious and love to investigate and use creative problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
What We Offer:
- Excellent remuneration package based on experience, skills, and performance.
- Shifts between 9:00 and 23:00, with a preference for late-night shifts (14:00 - 23:00).
- Full-time contract of 39 hours per week.
- Being part of a dynamic and international team (25+ nationalities).
