Job Title: Customer Experience Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Toptalent. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers through phone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Showcase excellent communication skills, including listening, empathy, and personalization of every customer conversation.
  • Guide customers with their questions and ensure they are offered the right solution.
  • Identify and address customer needs to escalate internally to improve and/or develop processes.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and retention through impactful customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Dutch (C2) speaking skills and C1 English level.
  • Smart and enthusiastic problem-solver with a keen eye for customer service.
  • Calm and empathetic when dealing with difficult customers.
  • Curious and love to investigate, using creative problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Target-driven and striving to exceed expectations.

What We Offer:

  • Excellent remuneration package based on experience, skills, and performance.
  • Shifts between 9:00 and 23:00; preference for some people dedicated for the late-night shift (14:00 - 23:00).
  • Full-time contract of 39 hours per week.
  • Fully on-site (no remote work possibilities).
