David Kennedy Recruitment Ltd is a leading recruitment agency providing innovative solutions for international companies across Europe. We are working with a renowned Outsourcing/BPO company to recruit a Dutch-speaking B2B Customer Experience Specialist to join their team in Valencia, Spain.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Specialist to support our client's B2B customers in the fintech sector. The ideal candidate will have a native level of Dutch and fluent English, excellent communication skills, and a passion for innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support B2B customers over the phone, email, and chat to find the best solution to their problems.
  • Communicate with customers to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve the customer experience and develop new solutions.
  • Use the latest technology and AI integrations to enhance the customer journey.
  • Flag and escalate customer queries and develop suitable solutions.
  • Map and improve business processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Native level Dutch and fluent English.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
