Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Specialist to support our client's B2B customers in the fintech sector. The ideal candidate will have a native level of Dutch and fluent English, excellent communication skills, and a passion for innovation.
Key Responsibilities- Support B2B customers over the phone, email, and chat to find the best solution to their problems.
- Communicate with customers to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve the customer experience and develop new solutions.
- Use the latest technology and AI integrations to enhance the customer journey.
- Flag and escalate customer queries and develop suitable solutions.
- Map and improve business processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Native level Dutch and fluent English.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Interest in innovation and technology.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to think outside the box and find creative solutions.
- Technical background is an advantage.
