**Job Title:** Customer Experience Specialist
**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at TOPTALENT. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our B2B customers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Support B2B customers over the phone, email, and chat
- Communicate with customers to find the best solution to their problem
- Constantly brainstorm with your colleagues to improve the Customer Experience
- Use the latest technology and AI integrations to provide innovative solutions
- Control and handle payment inquiries from sellers and buyers through various client platforms
- Responsible for Trustpilot reviews improving overall company NPS through excellent service
- Flagging and escalation of customer queries and coming up with suitable solutions
- Mapping and improving business processes to enhance customer journey and satisfaction
**Requirements:**
- Native level German and fluent English
- Customer service is in your DNA and you have some experience already
- Excellent communication skills
- An interest in innovation (think chatbot-integrations)
- You are proactive and solution-oriented
- You can think outside the box to always find a solution for the customer
- A technical background is an advantage
- You are proficient with computers and can type at lightning speed
