Customer Experience Specialist

At Helloprint, we're looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Valencia. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers via phone, email, and chat. Your primary goal will be to provide a 9+ WOW service to our customers, ensuring they have a positive experience with our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
  • Help customers find the right product and service by proactively assisting them online and offline.
  • Practice our core value of 'Think like a customer' to ensure we're providing the best possible service.

Requirements:

  • You are a native French speaker and fluent in English both verbally and written.
  • You are doing a bachelor's or master's degree and can provide a University agreement.
  • You are available for a minimum period of 20 weeks.
  • Experience in Customer Service is a plus.
  • You have a solution-oriented mindset and excel in problem-solving in a creative way.
  • You have a dynamic and flexible personality.
  • You are willing to relocate or already based in Valencia.
