Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Wibit Consulting & Services (Wibitcs). As a key member of our global talent recruitment team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Communicate with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to provide personalized solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify and address customer needs, escalating issues internally to improve and develop processes.
- Maintain high performance standards, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Excellent Dutch language skills (C2 level) with a strong command of English (C1 level).
- Proven problem-solving skills with a keen eye for customer service.
- Calm and empathetic demeanor when dealing with challenging customers.
- Target-driven and results-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
