David Kennedy Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company seeking a highly skilled Dutch-speaking customer experience professional to join their brand-new team in Valencia, Spain.

The ideal candidate will have excellent Dutch (C2) language skills and a strong C1 English level. As a customer experience specialist, you will be responsible for communicating with customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media. Your exceptional communication skills, listening abilities, empathy, and personalized approach will ensure that customers receive the right solution, leaving them with a positive experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Communicating with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Guiding customers through their questions and ensuring they are offered the right solution
  • Identifying and addressing customer needs to escalate internally and improve processes
  • Maintaining high-quality performances by focusing on key performance indicators such as customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity

To succeed in this role, you must be an excellent problem-solver with a keen eye for customer service. You should also be calm, empathetic, and able to handle challenging situations effectively. Additionally, you will be target-driven, striving to exceed expectations and deliver exceptional results.

This opportunity offers a competitive remuneration package based on your experience, skills, and performance. The full-time contract includes 39 hours per week, with shifts between 9:00 and 23:00. You will be part of a dynamic and international team with over 25 nationalities, enjoying a range of benefits, including:
