Grow-Talent is collaborating with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company to recruit a Dutch-speaking Fintech Customer Service Professional for a brand-new team in Valencia, Spain.
OverviewThis exciting opportunity involves working with a dynamic and international team (25+ nationalities) to deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a valued member of the team, you will be responsible for communicating with customers through various channels, showcasing excellent communication skills, and identifying customer needs to escalate internally.
Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate can expect a competitive remuneration package based on experience, skills, and performance, including an estimated annual salary of €45,000 - €60,000 depending on qualifications and location. Additionally, benefits include shifts between 9:00 and 23:00, a full-time contract of 39 hours per week, and a benefit program which includes free breakfast/lunch, sports classes, Spanish classes, Friday drinks, and team events.
