Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service across the German market, handling orders and accounts, and providing product guidance. Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
This is an exciting chance for a motivated individual to develop their skills in a vibrant company, working closely with the management team to maintain outstanding customer service worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, and chat across the German market
- Manage all orders and keep accounts up to date on any outstanding orders
- Deal with returns, refunds, and exchanges
- Maintain knowledge of products by staying updated on new releases and offering advice
We are looking for a confident and outgoing individual who can effectively deliver great customer service.
Candidates should have prior experience in customer service or retail-based roles and be fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
In addition to excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication abilities, the ideal candidate will have knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
