Customer Service Representative Dutch-speaking

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Agent to join our team at Digital Customer Care Company BV. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including live chat, phone, and email.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and concerns
- Resolve customer issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' products and services
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in the Dutch language (C1 level or higher)
- Strong typing skills (300+ keystrokes per minute) and ability to multitask
- Availability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends
