We are excited to work with a top Outsourcing/BPO company on an innovative journey to bring a German-speaking B2B customer experience specialist to their Valencia offices. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape the customer experience project design and bring your ideas to life.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for being the first point of contact for B2B customers via phone, email, and chat, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for B2B customers, resolving inquiries efficiently
  • Innovate and brainstorm with the team to elevate the customer experience, using the latest technology and AI integrations
  • Manage payment inquiries across multiple platforms and enhance company reviews, driving NPS improvements
  • Identify and escalate customer issues, while proactively mapping business processes for smoother journeys

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Native-level German and fluent English skills
  • Experience in customer service with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
  • Interest in tech innovations, including chatbot integrations
  • Quick thinking, lightning-fast typing skills, and adaptability to evolving tech
