Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Valencia, Spain. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through various communication channels.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers through phone, email, chat, and social media channels to provide exceptional customer service.
- Guide customers through their questions and ensure they receive the right solution.
- Identify and address customer needs to escalate internally and improve processes.
- Thrive for high performance, focusing on key performance indicators such as customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity.
Requirements:
- Excellent Dutch language skills with a C2 level.
- Proficient English language skills with a C1 level.
- Smart and enthusiastic problem-solver with a keen eye for customer service.
- Calm and empathetic when dealing with difficult customers.
