Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Valencia, Spain. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through various communication channels.

Responsibilities:

  1. Communicate with customers through phone, email, chat, and social media channels to provide exceptional customer service.
  2. Guide customers through their questions and ensure they receive the right solution.
  3. Identify and address customer needs to escalate internally and improve processes.
  4. Thrive for high performance, focusing on key performance indicators such as customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Dutch language skills with a C2 level.
  • Proficient English language skills with a C1 level.
  • Smart and enthusiastic problem-solver with a keen eye for customer service.
  • Calm and empathetic when dealing with difficult customers.
