Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Viking. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients who require roadside assistance.
Your primary duties will include receiving and responding to phone inquiries from our customers, working as part of a larger team to help and support each other when needed, and assisting our partners in the insurance and automotive industry with various questions related to roadside assistance.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be proficient in English, both spoken and written, and have a good knowledge of data and technology.
