Customer Service Representative Opportunity

Teleperformance Greece is seeking a highly skilled Serbian speaking customer service representative to join our team. As a representative of JTI, one of the world's most esteemed companies in the tobacco industry, you will be the primary point of contact for customer requests.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide a seamless customer experience through phone calls, emails, and chats.
  • Respond to inquiries about JTI's products.
  • Resolve issues as they arise, addressing customers' concerns in a professional and timely manner.
