Job Overview
As a Customer Experience Innovation Lead, you will be responsible for supporting B2B customers over the phone, email, and chat. You will communicate with customers to find the best solution to their problem and brainstorm with colleagues to improve the customer experience.
You will use the latest technology and AI integrations to become an expert in this field and control payment inquiries from sellers and buyers through various client platforms. Your goal will be to improve the overall company NPS through excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Support B2B customers over the phone, email, and chat
- Communicate with customers to find the best solution to their problem
- Brainstorm with colleagues to improve the customer experience
- Use the latest technology and AI integrations to become an expert in this field
- Control payment inquiries from sellers and buyers through various client platforms
- Improve the overall company NPS through excellent service
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to have native level German and fluent English, as well as excellent communication skills. You should also have some experience in customer service and be proactive and solution-oriented.

Salary Information
The estimated salary for this position is around €45,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location in Valencia, Spain. However, please note that this is just an estimate and may vary depending on individual factors.
