About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Director to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Job Description
  • Liaise with store managers to maximise sales performance and deliver operational excellence
  • Lead a team of sales assistants to achieve excellent standards of service
  • Support recruitment and ensure induction and training of new starters is carried out
  • Identify future talents and develop progression plans to support their growth
  • Oversee store operations and be a brand ambassador, providing the best experience for customers
Requirements
  • Prior retail or customer-facing experience is essential
  • Knowledge of what makes a great customer experience is crucial
  • Fluent in Spanish and English is a plus
