We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Director to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Job Description- Liaise with store managers to maximise sales performance and deliver operational excellence
- Lead a team of sales assistants to achieve excellent standards of service
- Support recruitment and ensure induction and training of new starters is carried out
- Identify future talents and develop progression plans to support their growth
- Oversee store operations and be a brand ambassador, providing the best experience for customers
- Prior retail or customer-facing experience is essential
- Knowledge of what makes a great customer experience is crucial
- Fluent in Spanish and English is a plus
- A full-time position with a contract of 40 hours a week
