Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Director to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences that elevate store sales and create a welcoming atmosphere.
About the Role
In this key leadership position, you will be responsible for analysing selling information and working with the store manager to maximise the sales performance of your department/concession. You will also lead a team of sales assistants to achieve excellent standards of service and support recruitment, induction, and training of new starters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer customers a high level of service through styling advice, product knowledge, and store experience.
- Analyse selling information and work with the store manager to maximise the sales performance of your department/concession.
- Lead a team of sales assistants to achieve excellent standards of service.
- Support recruitment, induction, and training of new starters.
- Assist the Store Manager in identifying future talents and putting together development plans to support their progression.
- Oversee store operations.
- Be a brand ambassador and provide the best experience for our customers.
- Step into the role of Store Manager in their absence.
Requirements:
- You have prior retail or customer-facing experience.
- You possess strong leadership and communication skills.
