Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative Position

We are Digital Customer Care Company, a leading contact center in Europe, offering a dynamic and innovative work environment. Our company is growing rapidly, and we need experienced agents to handle customer inquiries via chat, phone, and email. As a Dutch speaking Customer Service Representative, you will be the front line of our core product, ensuring the continued success and growth of the business.
About the JobThis position is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills, who can provide top-notch customer service and resolve issues efficiently. You will work under the direction of a team leader to deliver results in lead generation and customer service. Your duties will include:
- Answering customer questions and generating leads
- Emailing leads and escalations to clients and processing refunds and returns in their ecommerce systems
- Working with various software applications 'in the cloud' and being proficient in the Dutch language (at least C1 level)
You will receive extensive training and further support on the job from experienced Agents and Team Leaders. We also offer ample opportunities to work on your own development and growth. Our benefits package includes:
