Dutch French Customer Service Representative

We are searching for a highly skilled and multilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at Newco Communications. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone who is fluent in Dutch, French, and English, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with timely and effective solutions to their queries. You will handle calls from credit-card holders, ensuring the security and protection of their customer data, while maintaining a friendly and professional tone.
This role requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for blocking lost or stolen credit and debit cards, handling identity verification, providing solutions to queries, and analysing potentially fraudulent transactions.
The ideal candidate will have native-level proficiency in Dutch and French, a good command of English, and previous customer service experience. You will be confident in your ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner, with a focus on resolving issues efficiently.
At Newco Communications, we offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for internal growth and career progression. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the knowledge and tools to excel in this role, and our hybrid remote working model allows for flexibility and work-life balance.
The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $52,500, based on industry standards and location factors.
