Customer Success Manager Spain Job Description

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in Spain. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients in the Spanish market, ensuring their success with our software, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute customer success plans to drive business growth and retention.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  3. Proactively engage with clients to identify expansion opportunities and increase renewals.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Business fluency in Spanish and English, with additional language skills a plus.
  • Proven ability to establish trusted advisor relationships and drive business outcomes.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work in a fast-changing environment.
