About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in Spain. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients in the Spanish market, ensuring their success with our software, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute customer success plans to drive business growth and retention.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Proactively engage with clients to identify expansion opportunities and increase renewals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
- Business fluency in Spanish and English, with additional language skills a plus.
- Proven ability to establish trusted advisor relationships and drive business outcomes.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work in a fast-changing environment.
