Customer Success Representative

We are seeking a Customer Success Representative to join our team in Valencia, Spain. This is a full-time position with a salary of approximately €45,000 per year, depending on experience.
About the RoleAs a Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for providing expert assistance to our clients and partners using a consultative approach to account management. You will create a business environment for sustained growth on the account and develop and maintain relationships within the account to maintain long-term visibility of strategy, plans, and competitor activity.

- Create a business environment for sustained growth on the account
- Develop and maintain relationships within the account
- Research new sales opportunities within the existing portfolio of accounts
- Prepare commercial and technical service proposals
- Focus on driving profitability through proactive management
- Execute and achieve sales quota and targets
- Track, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to the sales pipeline
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Native/fluent German language skills (oral and written)
- Fluent English language skills (at least B2 level)
- Previous experience in B2B sales environment
- Prior experience working in a channel environment
- Energetic and motivated self-starter, capable of achieving set targets
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to emphasize and persuade
- Comfortable communicating using various channels (primarily telephone)
- Resourceful and stress-resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations
- Ability to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision and in a timely manner
- Ability to work independently, while being a team player at the same time
