We are seeking a Customer Success Representative to join our team in Valencia, Spain. This is a full-time position with a salary of approximately €45,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role

As a Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for providing expert assistance to our clients and partners using a consultative approach to account management. You will create a business environment for sustained growth on the account and develop and maintain relationships within the account to maintain long-term visibility of strategy, plans, and competitor activity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert assistance to clients and partners using a consultative approach to account management

  • Develop and maintain relationships within the account
  • Research new sales opportunities within the existing portfolio of accounts
  • Prepare commercial and technical service proposals
  • Focus on driving profitability through proactive management
  • Execute and achieve sales quota and targets
  • Track, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to the sales pipeline
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Native/fluent German language skills (oral and written)
  • Fluent English language skills (at least B2 level)
  • Previous experience in B2B sales environment
  • Prior experience working in a channel environment
  • Energetic and motivated self-starter, capable of achieving set targets
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to emphasize and persuade
  • Comfortable communicating using various channels (primarily telephone)
  • Resourceful and stress-resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision and in a timely manner
  • Ability to work independently, while being a team player at the same time
