About the Role

David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company to find a talented German-speaking Client Success Representative to join their team in Valencia, Spain.

Job Overview

This role offers an exciting opportunity to take on more responsibility in project design and work on a new fintech scale-up project. As a key member of the team, you will be supporting B2B customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities:
