The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Ambitious Client Success Strategist to join our Customer Success International team.

You will be responsible for managing client communication, from call center, hospitality, events; providing high-quality onboarding, hosting 1:1 consulting sessions, reaching out proactively to ensure goals are met (in a timely manner).

Your Background

Prior experience with managing client communication, strong written and verbal communication skills in English and DACH (Native-level) is required.

You easily connect with people; feel comfortable working with a lot of freedom and autonomy, ready to take responsibility and thrive working remotely.

What We Offer

Competitive salary: €45,000 - €55,000 per year (based on location and experience), plus benefits including remote working, 23 paid vacation days per year, home office set-up and hardware, access to video-on-demand workouts and meditation through the VG platform and company-wide health & fitness challenges.
