Global Client Success Manager for International Expansion

Virtuagym is a rapidly growing company that seeks an experienced professional to join our Customer Success International team as a Global Client Success Manager. As a key player, you will be responsible for the growth and development of Virtuagym in international markets. Your primary focus will be on establishing strong connections with local clients, ensuring their success with our software, and expanding our customer base.
This role involves managing a portfolio of starting clients, advising them on software implementation from A to Z, and providing high-quality support during consultations and follow-up. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide tailored advice, and ensure they achieve their goals. Key tasks include making new customers successful within the first few months, providing well-structured onboarding, hosting 1:1 consulting sessions, and proactively reaching out to ensure goals are met.
We are looking for someone with prior experience in client communication, preferably from call center, hospitality, or events. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and DACH (Native-level) are essential. You should be able to connect with people easily, feel comfortable working independently, and be ready to take responsibility while thriving in a remote work environment. Additionally, you should be a problem solver with great empathic skills, a fast learner, and tech-savvy, with strong organization and time management skills.
Salary estimate: €40,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on experience. We value talent over location, and this role can be performed remotely from Spain. Please note that we prioritize great people over resumes; if you meet 70%+ of the criteria, don't hesitate to apply.
