David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company to find a skilled German-speaking Inside Sales Representative for their Valencia office. This role presents an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and drive business growth.

About the Role

This Inside Sales Representative position involves providing exceptional customer service, developing relationships with clients and partners, and driving sales growth through proactive management. The ideal candidate will have a solid sales background, fluency in German and English, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert assistance to clients and partners using a consultative approach to account management.
  • Create a business environment for sustained growth on the account.
  • Develop and maintain relationships within the account to maintain long-term visibility of strategy, plans, and competitor activity.
  • Research new sales opportunities within the existing portfolio of accounts.
  • Prepare commercial and technical service proposals to drive profitability.
  • Execute and achieve sales quotas and targets.
  • Track, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to the sales pipeline.
  • Timely response and resolution of incoming customer or partner calls.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Solid sales experience.
  • Fluent German (C2) and English at native level.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Achievement-oriented mindset.
  • Motivated and self-starter personality.
  • Previous experience working with channels.
  • Previous experience in B2B sales.
