Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to manage customer relationships and ensure successful adoption of our software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales or account management, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage customer relationships and provide exceptional customer service
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling within existing accounts
  • Work closely with technical support and product teams to resolve technical issues and ensure delivery of upgrades or new functionality
  • Provide detailed reporting on customer product needs for possible development
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales or account management
  • Native English speaker
  • High level of Spanish proficiency
  • Solid knowledge of software products
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
