Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to manage customer relationships and ensure successful adoption of our software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales or account management, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities- Manage customer relationships and provide exceptional customer service
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling within existing accounts
- Work closely with technical support and product teams to resolve technical issues and ensure delivery of upgrades or new functionality
- Provide detailed reporting on customer product needs for possible development
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in sales or account management
- Native English speaker
- High level of Spanish proficiency
- Solid knowledge of software products
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
