- Possibility of remote work from home (40 days/year)
- Travel fund: up to 12,000 CZK/year for flights and leisure activities

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- An open and friendly personality
- Excellent communication skills in English and Czech
- Experience in customer service (a plus)
- Motivation to learn about airline and luxury industries
Some tasks you'll perform include:
- Helping customers with various requests through multiple channels
- Establishing positive relationships with customers, colleagues, and supervisors
