About the RoleWe're seeking a Renewals and Customer Success Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll work closely with our Customer Success Managers to ensure a smooth and efficient renewal process for our existing customers.
Responsibilities- Coordinate the renewal process for a portfolio of customers.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of renewals in collaboration with the CSM.
- Provide high-quality customer service by promptly addressing any questions or concerns related to renewals.
- Assist with contract management, including preparing renewal agreements and documentation.
- Identify potential risks in the renewal process and escalate to the CSM when needed.
- Ensure the accuracy of customer renewal data in the CRM system.
- Proactively follow up on outstanding renewals to ensure timely closures.
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a focus on customer success.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- A competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year.
