About the Role

We're seeking a Renewals and Customer Success Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll work closely with our Customer Success Managers to ensure a smooth and efficient renewal process for our existing customers.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the renewal process for a portfolio of customers.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of renewals in collaboration with the CSM.
  • Provide high-quality customer service by promptly addressing any questions or concerns related to renewals.
  • Assist with contract management, including preparing renewal agreements and documentation.
  • Identify potential risks in the renewal process and escalate to the CSM when needed.
  • Ensure the accuracy of customer renewal data in the CRM system.
  • Proactively follow up on outstanding renewals to ensure timely closures.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a focus on customer success.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
