**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Renewal Contract Specialist to join our team at Labster. As a key member of our customer success department, you will play a critical role in managing the contract renewal process for our existing customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to ensure a smooth and efficient renewal process.

• Support the CSM by coordinating the renewal process for a portfolio of customers.

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of renewals in collaboration with the CSM.

• Provide high-quality customer service by promptly addressing any questions or concerns related to renewals.

• Assist with contract management, including preparing renewal agreements and documentation.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.

High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).

Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a focus on customer success.

Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
