Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Healthtech Project Management Specialist to manage customer accounts for our Healthtech segment in Spain. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely product deliveries and project execution.
You will work closely with our customers to ensure satisfaction with our products and services. This includes coordinating program tracking meetings, resolving customer issues, and monitoring inventory impacts.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing customer account profitability through forecasting, planning, and monitoring efficiency
- Participating in pricing/bid preparation and developing contract terms
- Monitoring customer satisfaction and communicating with customers to ensure their needs are met
- Coordinating regular program tracking meetings with internal teams and customers
- Receiving and resolving customer issues and complaints
- Providing performance reporting and analysis for monthly reviews
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- In-depth knowledge of the Healthtech sector
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
