### Key Responsibilities

* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as their primary point of contact and advocate within the organization
* Lead and manage customer engagements for pricing tool implementation from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, tool adoption, and quality standards
* Oversee the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation of the pricing tool
* Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience, improve the tool, and optimize internal processes
* Provide training and support to customers, helping them to maximize the value of our solution
* Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

### Qualifications

* 3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or project management roles
* Strong project management skills with a proven track record of managing complex projects
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
