The Customer Success Department
The Customer Success Department is a critical component of our business, responsible for driving customer relationships and ensuring the success of our product. Our team works closely with customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, acting as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries, and ensuring that our software products meet the needs of our customers. You will also be responsible for implementing and developing processes to improve usage and satisfaction, resolving customer issues, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
Requirements
We are looking for a native English speaker with 2-3 years of experience in sales or account management. You will need to have a high level of Spanish, solid knowledge of software products, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce is also essential.
