About the Role

At JoVE, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Success Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing customers in the Spain region, including universities and research centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase customer engagement and adoption of JoVE video resources
  • Collaborate with key decision-makers and teaching/research staff at universities and research institutes to deliver product awareness and support
  • Provide regular feedback to sales, product, and marketing teams to inform product development and marketing strategies
  • Maintain positive relationships with customer institutes to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Requirements
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a STEM discipline (preferred)
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales and service in the education/publishing market (desirable)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships remotely
  • Excellent listening skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to tell a compelling story in a short period of time
