**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic company that prioritizes employee satisfaction and provides a supportive environment for growth and development.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting clients in resolving payment issues, fraud cases, and other concerns related to the German version of eBay. You will communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat to find the best solutions to their problems.
**Daily Tasks**
Your daily tasks will include:
- SUPPORTING B2B CUSTOMERS OVER PHONE, EMAIL, AND CHAT
- COMMUNICATING WITH CUSTOMERS TO FIND THE BEST SOLUTIONS TO THEIR PROBLEMS
- BRAINSTORMING WITH COLLEAGUES TO IMPROVE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
- CONTROLLING AND HANDLING PAYMENT INQUIRIES FROM SELLERS AND BUYERS THROUGH VARIOUS CLIENT PLATFORMS
- ENSURING IMPROVED TRUSTPILOT REVIEWS
- MAPPING AND IMPROVING BUSINESS PROCESSES TO ENHANCE CUSTOMER JOURNEY AND SATISFACTION
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A NATIVE LEVEL OF GERMAN AND FLUENCY IN ENGLISH (C1 OR STRONG B2)
- EXPERIENCE IN THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT INDUSTRY IS A PLUS
- EDUCATION IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION OR FINANCE OR SIMILAR
- BASIC UNDERSTANDING AND LEVEL OF COMPUTER HANDLING SKILLS (MS OFFICE APPLICATIONS)
- EXCELLENT PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS WITH GOOD INTER-PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP BUILDING SKILLS (EMPATHY, LISTENING ABILITY, COMMUNICATION, ABILITY TO REMAIN CALM IN STRESSFUL SITUATIONS)
- ABILITY TO MANAGE MULTIPLE, COMPETING PRIORITIES, DUTIES, AND TASKS, AND EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND CAN EXPRESS YOUR THOUGHTS CLEARLY AND CONCISELY
**Estimated Salary**: €40,000 - €55,000 per year (dependent on experience), plus additional benefits including paid health insurance, great work-life balance, and opportunities for career growth and development.
