Our mission is to offer agencies the best possible customer service experience, which is why we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Customer Care team for the Italian market as a Customer Experience Specialist: Growing with Technology.

Job DescriptionAs a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to customer requests via email, chat, and video call. You will manage these requests and resolve them promptly or escalate them to the technical team for resolution. Additionally, you will follow up on incidents to ensure customer satisfaction and support the team in other markets as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Native or bilingual in Italian and Spanish
- High level of English
- Proactive and positive attitude
- Service-oriented
- Knowledge of technology and passion for customer care
We offer a stable full-time contract, a salary range of €25,000-€35,000 per year, including a bonus structure, flexible working hours, and a hybrid working system that allows for telework and on-site work.
