Healthcare Customer Experience Specialist

Welcome to Doctena S.A., where we are dedicated to improving access to healthcare by enabling patients to book appointments online and via mobile apps As a Healthcare Customer Experience Specialist, you will be instrumental in helping us achieve our mission by providing top-notch customer service to our clients.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for dealing directly with customers, responding promptly to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
You will also be required to set up new customer accounts, deliver remote training, review patient data, process orders, and organize workflow to meet customer timeframes. In addition, you will be expected to maintain accurate records of customer interactions, communicate effectively with internal departments, and provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $52,000 - $62,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and a full-time contract. The position will be fully remote with occasional visits to our headquarters in Luxembourg.
