Job Overview:
To support Sd Worx' international growth ambitions, we are expanding our sales team and looking for a driven Sales Development Representative. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth and success story of our international business within Sd Worx.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating and delivering qualified leads for our SME and MM international sales teams. Your primary focus will be on proactively generating new business opportunities that will be converted into deals by your sales colleagues.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Customer Mapping: Analyze and map existing customers within local markets to uncover international growth potential. Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities based on customer needs.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential customers in the international payroll and HR sectors. Detect and understand clients' requirements and propose the best fitting Sd Worx solution. Proactively generate new business opportunities using various channels and tools, including phone, email, social media, and networking events.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and qualify leads through the sales pipeline. Ensure every lead is nurtured efficiently and effectively. Generate sales-ready opportunities for the sales team that result in concrete appointments with sales.
  • Collaboration with Sales and Marketing Teams: Work closely with the international sales team to develop and execute strategies for converting leads into qualified opportunities. Align with local market teams to maximize sales performance across regions.
  • CRM Management: Utilize Salesforce to track leads, manage communications, and provide accurate forecasting and reporting. Maintain a clean, up-to-date database of prospects.
  • Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer needs to ensure we remain competitive and effectively address our clients' challenges.
  • Reporting and Communication: Regularly report on sales activities, progress against targets, and market insights to the sales director. Provide input into sales strategies and campaign development.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales development and lead generation. Prior experience in a B2B sales environment, preferably in HR, payroll, or SaaS sales, is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills

Salary Estimate: The estimated salary for this position is between $80,000-$110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
