International Sales Development Representative

Sd Worx, a European leader in payroll and HR services, is expanding its sales team to support international growth ambitions. We seek a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to contribute to the company's success story.
This role involves generating and delivering qualified leads for the SME and MM international sales team. As a lead generation specialist, you will be responsible for proactively identifying new business opportunities that will be converted into deals by your sales colleagues.
Your primary objective will be to map existing clients in local markets to uncover international growth potential. You will analyze customer needs and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities. Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to target potential customers in the international payroll and HR sectors, detecting and understanding their requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Mapping: Analyze and map existing customers within local markets to uncover international growth potential. Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities based on customer needs.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential customers in the international payroll and HR sectors. Detect and understand clients' requirements and propose the best fitting Sd Worx solution. Proactively generate new business opportunities using a variety of channels and tools.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and qualify leads through the sales pipeline. Ensure that every lead is nurtured efficiently and effectively.
- Collaboration with Sales and Marketing Teams: Work closely with the international sales team to develop and execute strategies for converting leads into qualified opportunities.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales development and lead generation.
- Prior experience in a B2B sales environment, preferably in HR, payroll, or SaaS sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with customer relationship management software (Salesforce).
- Sales expertise, including knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices.
