Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Job Squad. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling products and meeting the needs of our customers by being in contact with them over the phone.

This role requires strong social skills, a welcoming and negotiating nature, as well as the ability to build relationships quickly with others. You will be responsible for securing orders from existing or potential sales, ensuring that all customers are satisfied by making the process of product sales run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain customer relationships through the phone.
  • Provide customers with product knowledge.
  • Effectively manage all inbound incidents, such as calls and emails.
  • Collect information from customers, solve technical problems.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • To speak and write Danish at a native level and be fluent in English (B2).
  • Experience in customer support and technology.
  • A good understanding and level of computer handling skills.
  • The ability to engage others and build interpersonal relationships quickly.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • A service-oriented, professional, and thorough approach.

Salary Estimate

Based on industry standards and market conditions, we estimate the salary for this role to be around $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
