Job Overview: The role of Inside Sales Representative is crucial for driving business growth through proactive account management and sales initiatives. This position requires a strong consultative approach to client engagement, utilizing expert assistance to maintain long-term relationships and identify new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert assistance to clients using a consultative approach to account management
  • Create a business environment conducive to sustained growth on the account
  • Develop and maintain relationships within the account to ensure long-term visibility of strategy, plans, and competitor activity
  • Research new sales opportunities within the existing portfolio of accounts
  • Prepare commercial and technical service proposals, focusing on driving profitability through proactive management
  • Execute and achieve sales quotas and targets
  • Track, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to the sales pipeline

Requirements:

  • Solid sales background with a proven track record of success
  • Fluent Dutch (C2) and English at native level
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Achievement-oriented and goal-driven individual
  • Motivated and self-starter with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Previous experience working with channels and in sales B2B environments

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately €45,000 - €60,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
