**Dutch-Speaking Account Manager Role**
Our client is seeking a skilled Dutch-Speaking Account Manager to join their team in Málaga, Spain. The ideal candidate will have a native level of fluency in Dutch and English, with a minimum of two years of experience in technical sales.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage partner forecasting and performance by tracking tools.
- Responsible for partner pipeline management, detecting new opportunities, and driving successful and profitable closure of deal rates.
- Develop and grow partner business sales, growth, and margin based on the Strategy.
- Understand partner market and competition through tools and reports, and reviews with resellers.
- Evaluate reseller interest in BU solutions and define resellers target of BU Share of wallet, growth rate, program qualification/certification, identify gaps and define actions how to close gaps.
**Requirements:**
- Fluency in English and the language of the target market at a native level.
- Preferred minimum of two years of related technical sales experience.
- Experience working in a channel environment, with knowledge of partners and distributors being a plus.
- Familiarity with channel programs.
- Excellent negotiation management and strong communication skills (verbal and written), including excellent telephone and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work towards goal achievement using negotiation, teamwork/collaboration, motivation, and effective time/work prioritization.
- Demonstrates innovation and sound judgment/problem-solving skills when making decisions.
- Capable of establishing an individual course of action to accomplish goals while utilizing appropriate resources.
- Familiarity with sales CRMs and Microsoft Office suite.
