Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Raw Igaming Ltd.

About the Role

This is a dynamic and challenging opportunity for a sales professional who can drive business growth through strategic partnerships and client relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, including identifying new business opportunities and prioritizing existing client relationships.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and network to secure meetings and pitches.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making data-driven decisions to optimize sales performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in commercial sales or equivalent position.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets in a sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and other business software.
  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
