Job Overview

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional to join our team at Grow-Talent as an HR Business Development Manager. This role requires strong expertise in the HR sector, with a proven track record in selling HR products, such as recruitment and HR services, to drive business growth and expand client portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet targets, focusing on acquiring new clients for HR services.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing business and satisfaction, while identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell HR solutions.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential leads and stay updated on industry trends, enabling data-driven sales decisions.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in HR product sales, client acquisition, and relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with HR industry challenges and solutions, including recruitment and HR services.
