Senior Sales Development Manager in Málaga

Are you a tech enthusiast looking to kickstart your sales career? Blu Selection is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Málaga. As a Senior Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of partners and developing their business sales, development, and margins in accordance with our strategy.
Responsibilities:- Using monitoring tools to manage partner forecasting and results
- Managing the investor pipeline, detecting potential prospects, and ensuring that deals are closed successfully and profitably
- Being responsible for a portfolio of partners and developing their business sales, development, and margins in accordance with our strategy
- Gaining a thorough understanding of the partner sector and the competition
- Defining the goal resellers and identifying the gaps and defining actions to close gaps based on share, growth rate, program qualification/certification
- Ensuring growth by working together with the partners on a strategy
- Providing product and solution training to partner sales teams
- Increasing partner satisfaction and accelerating product competency and qualification
- Ensuring that partners are taking advantage of exclusive offers, activities, and services
- Collaborating with partners to increase sales for our business unit through campaigns, incentive recognition, and other approaches
- A full-time contract, 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- A competitive salary: €22,000 gross per year + up to €2,400 gross per year in bonus

- At least 2 years of experience in technical sales in related areas
- Familiarity with channel programs and knowledge of partners and distributors
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with sales CRM software and Microsoft Office programs
- The ability to work proactively at a fast pace
