Senior Business Development Manager - Belgium Market
We're excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a talented Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Multisafepay BV.
In this role, you'll play a key part in driving growth and success in the Belgium market with current and new clients.
Your responsibilities will include developing and executing strategic plans, building and nurturing strong client relationships, and analyzing market trends to ensure our sales objectives are met.

Main Responsibilities

  • New Business Acquisition (B2B Sales) with a focus on Top 250 e-commerce companies in Belgium or with a revenue of over 10 million per year
  • Responsible for the end-to-end sales process, from lead research to closing deals
  • Service existing customers for 3 months after live date
  • Set up and execute meetings with large potential merchants
  • Support and coordinate the implementation process with internal and external stakeholders
  • Cooperate closely with different departments, such as Product Management, Partner Management, Customer Operations, Marketing, and Integration
  • Set up sales actions and campaigns in cooperation with Marketing
  • Participate in relevant trade fairs, congresses, and e-commerce events, with a focus on public speaking

Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree
  • Over 5 years of B2B sales experience within the Fintech industry
  • Strong presentation and communication skills (written and oral) and negotiation ability
  • Native speaker in Flemish and French
  • Fluency in English is a must, knowledge of other languages is a plus
  • Consultative sales approach
