Business Development Manager for German Speaking Markets

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our client's team in Málaga, Spain. The ideal candidate will have a native level of German and excellent English language skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential business clients to generate new leads.
  • Outreach: Contact prospective clients via phone, email, and social media to establish relationships.
  • Negotiation: Work with clients to finalize agreements and negotiate deals that benefit both parties.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals. We offer a competitive salary package with a performance bonus, health coverage, and private healthcare benefits.

Requirements
  • Language Skills: Native level of German and C1 level English.
  • Experience: Prior experience in cold call sales in a B2B environment.
  • Citizenship: EU citizenship or Spanish residence.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of approximately €50,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a performance bonus, health coverage, and private healthcare benefits.
