Strategic Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to lead our business growth strategy in the Belgium market. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a driven professional to make a significant impact and grow their career with a leading company in the payment solutions industry.
Main Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth through strategic planning, new business acquisition, and existing customer service.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales objectives in the Belgium market.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Coordinate sales actions and campaigns with Marketing, including public speaking opportunities at trade fairs and events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- +5 years B2B sales experience within the Fintech industry.
- Native speaker in Flemish and French, with fluency in English.
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiating skills.
- Consultative sales approach and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
