Job Summary
This role offers a unique opportunity to work as an Account Manager in our Malaga office. As part of our team of game-changers, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of German SME clients, identifying client needs, and selling value components to create greater customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of German SME clients with a focus on portfolio growth and long-term account retention strategy.
- Identify client needs and sell appropriate value components to create greater customer engagement.
- Proactively manage an effective pipeline, identifying and prioritizing opportunities to achieve and exceed profitable growth targets.
- Ensure premium value is delivered aligned with client's goals, delivering a positive customer experience and achieving customer advocacy.
Requirements:
- Proficient or bilingual in German plus advanced English.
- Background working for/in the German Market.
- Self-driven and results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on achieving and exceeding targets and goals.
- Challenger mindset with the ability to think creatively to identify new business opportunities.
- Natural forward planner who is highly organized and has the ability to manage multiple customers at different stages of the sales process.
- Exceptional communication skills, ability to speak confidently with senior executives, capacity to influence decision-makers.
- Strong negotiation skills and consultative sales skills.
