About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Independent Resourcing Consultancy Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our client base and achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals.
- Present and promote our financial products and services to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize solutions to meet clients' specific needs.
- Negotiate and close business deals to ensure the achievement of sales goals.
- Monitor market changes and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role within the financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve targets.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
